Was a perfect base for weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very relaxing stay in a spotless clean and nicely decorated hotel. I was offered a marvellous breakfast with perfect poached eggs. The location of the property was perfect - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Home Front Experience Heritage Museum.

Location was brilliant so close to the promenade, staff were agreeable, everything was clean throughout. The breakfast was free with variety of slices of fresh bread, hot waffles, pancakes, jam and hardboiled eggs. I loved quick check in too.

Very competent staff, unbelievable location and good value considering price it charged. The room was silent & themed, and the bathrooms were best. The pool area was incredible too. Complementary wines and great cocktails in the outdoor bar, small parking place. The beach was nice.

the hotel was colourful and spotless inside, i loved it. marvellous view, a great balcony, nice bed, too. pancakes, hot waffles, scrambled eggs, bangers and jam were superb. the location was exceptional, the beach was beautiful and the staff were really good. its service was impeccable too. good value for llandudno.

Totally recommend this place and would return anytime. The owner upon arrival was FRIENDLY. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. And furthermore, there was cable cars only 300 metres of the venue. Breakfast offers a huge variety of fruit, bacon and fresh fruit.

It's a modern hotel, it has awesome location and food. Rooms were good sized with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a study table and an iPod docking station. Worth its 4 stars...
